Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under Bulgarian consumer protection law.

To exercise this right:

1. Notify us at office@rideadventure.bg within 14 days
2. Return the product in resaleable condition, with original packaging and all accessories
3. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense, except where the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Note: a product with visible signs of use (worn tyres, scratched deck, mileage on the display) is not in resaleable condition and its value may be reduced proportionally.

Warranty

• 24 months on the frame and mechanical components
• 12 months on electrical components (battery, controller, display, motors)

The warranty does not cover: consumables (tyres, brake pads, grips), damage from improper use, riding in deep water despite the IP rating, self-repair or modification, and crash damage.

Making a claim

Email office@rideadventure.bg with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or video. We reply within 2 working days.
