Terms and conditions

1. General

These terms govern the relationship between Ride Adventure LTD (the "Seller") and users of the rideadventure.bg online shop (the "Buyer").

By placing an order the Buyer confirms they have read and accept these terms.

2. Formation of the contract

The contract is formed when the Seller confirms the order by email to the Buyer. Until then the Seller may decline the order, including where stock has run out or where there is an obvious pricing error.

3. Prices

All prices are in euro including VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown before the order is completed.

The Seller may change prices without notice. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

We accept card, cash on delivery and bank transfer. Title passes to the Buyer on full payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the courier. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the Buyer.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal under Bulgarian consumer law. Details are in "Returns and complaints".

7. Warranty

Warranty periods and coverage are set out in "Returns and complaints".

8. Liability

The Buyer is fully responsible for complying with traffic rules and for the safe use of the scooter purchased. The Seller is not liable for damages arising from improper or unlawful use.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. Failing agreement, the dispute goes to the competent Bulgarian court. The Buyer may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
